I managed to convince my SO that Cyrus is the one restaurant I absolutely want to try more than any other this year, to justify the cost. OK....I have to go to Cyrus. I'm with you, forget the white, but I have had a few glasses that surprised me. And I want the orange stuff too! But, God, the cheese...you're killing me with the cheese. I'm a little upset not to hear more about the 3 winter vegetables. Lemon miso! Green garlic soup! Cauliflower risotto! Blood orange souffle with champagne anglaise! Man, I'm crying too.... Sold! OK….I have to go to Cyrus.
